The VIP Reward Program is provided by Harley-Davidson of Cartersville. We like to reward our loyal customers with valuable points that convert over to spendable credit at the dealership. All memberships are FREE too!!  Points accumulate on all regular priced parts, accessories, MotorClothes® Merchandise, and labor. Each customer will get 500 points on any motorcycle purchase.

The program is FREE to join and is available to all our customers. Our Cartersville Harley Owners Group members earn additional points on their purchases. Next time you are at the dealership make sure you ask an associate to get you signed up. Participants must agree to all the program's terms and conditions. 

You will start earning points with your very first purchase. You will earn credit on your reward account with 1 point for every $1 you spend, excluding taxes, shop fees, sublet labor, motorcycle purchases, warranty claims, wreck jobs and discounted merchandise. The more points you accumulate, the more spendable credit you earn! There are no cards or ID numbers that you have to keep up with. Please allow 24-48 hours for points to be posted to your reward account.

Reward points expire on the last day of the year. Note that all points from 2011 will roll-over to 2012.Starting in 2013 all points will expire at the end of each year and no points will be allowed to roll-over.

How do I track my reward points?
You can access your account by following the instructions. To set up your account, you will need to type in your email address. This will prompt you to set up a private User ID and Password. If you do not have an email address, our employees can access the site for you at the dealership.

How do I use my reward points?
You can print your certificates at home. The certificates are redeemable for MotorClothes® Merchandise, Parts, Accessories and Service only. They cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift certificates. You will not get cash back if you do not use the whole certificate. You will forfeit any remaining money not used from the printed certificate. Once a certificate is printed, it must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of the date printed on the coupon. Lost, destroyed or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. 


Rules and Restrictions:

-The VIP Reward Program is only valid for eligible purchases made at Harley-Davidson of Cartersville.
-Each person has his/her own reward account. Points can only be used by the original purchaser or member of his/her immediate household. Picture ID may be required.
-VIP Reward Points cannot be issued retroactively.
-Rewards earned under the VIP Reward Program cannot be redeemed for cash or toward the purchase of a motorcycle. Points are surrendered for award redemption only. 
-The following items cannot be purchased using a reward certificate: Service Labor, Motorcycles, Extended Warranties, Pre-Paid Maintenance, Insurance, Wrecks, Warranty Jobs and Gift Cards. 
-If a return is made, points will be deducted from the reward account equivalent to the value of the return.
-500 points will be credited upon the purchase of a new or used motorcycle at Harley-Davidson of Cartersville.
-A member's points will expire on January 1st of each year and will start over with a balance of "0".
-Harley-Davidson of Cartersville reserves the right to discontinue the reward program privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program. 
-We reserve the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without obligation or notification. 
-Employees of Harley-Davidson of Cartersville, its suppliers and immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the reward program. 
-If there is no activity on the account in one year, the account will be de-activated and closed.
